The factory carries out the heat treatment of aluminum blocks with the help of asubcontractor and aspires to internalize this process within its own facilities, using thermal ovens. By considering an expansion of its annual production through the integration of new industrial equipment, the company foresees a simultaneous increase in its environmental footprint.
Out of concern for the environment, the factory wants to minimize its impact by replacing natural gas furnaces with electric heat treatment furnaces, which would make it possible to treat the aluminum blocks produced while reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The factory is therefore seeking to assess the economic and technical viability of this transition to a more environmentally friendly technology.
TST hascarried out an in-depth energy analysis, coupled with a decarbonization study, with the aim of informing the company's strategic choices for the modernization of its facilities. This approach was based on solid figures, thus providing a factual basis for decision-making.

By implementing strategies aimed at optimizing its energy consumption and reducing its greenhouse gas emissions, the processing plant is actively engaged in reducing its ecological footprint, thus joining the global movement of transition towards a more sustainable future.
In this perspective, TST has established itself as an essential partner for the company by providing continuous support and guiding it in identifying the most appropriate solutions to meet the environmental challenges of its industry.
TST has therefore become an essential partner for the industrial company by supporting it in each of the decisions that have punctuated its ecological transition.
