To make this vision a reality, the plant commissioned TST to draw on their expertise to carry out an in-depth energy analysis of the site and assess the potential for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gases. IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION

TST undertook a comprehensive energy analysis to accurately model the meat processing plant’s current and future energy requirements. The aim of the study was to identify highly effective energy-saving measures. Our teams closely scrutinized opportunities related to heating, cooling, sanitation, refrigeration, air handling, optimization of operating sequences, as well as various other strategic initiatives.
In addition to a detailed analysis of energy requirements and savings opportunities, TST also took into account environmental aspects and sustainability standards. Our approach included an assessment of low environmental impact solutions, such as the use of renewable energy sources and the adoption of eco-efficient technologies.
